Priyank Sukhija eyes aggressive expansion, to enter global markets

Priyank Sukhija, who owns Delhi-NCR some of the renowned restaurant and bar chains including Lazeez Affaire Group is eyeing aggressive expansion in India and global markets.

Known for revival of Hauz Khaz Village, Sukhija, will be opening two more restaurants namely; Open House and Hybrid in CP and Tolstoy Marg respectively.

Sukhija presently owns more than 20 properties in the national capital region and is planning to add nine more by the year end. Talking to Restaurant India, he shares, “For the year 2015 the focus is on building more brands and exploring possibilities for expansion in pan India for the brands and eventually going global.”

The group is also planning to creating properties and models which are business owned and operated and also working on the Franchise models.

Some of the prominent brands of his includes, Lazeez Affaire, Fork You, Flying Saucer, Warehouse, Townhouse, OTB, Boombox, Pure Punjab, Fat Ninja, One Boulevard, Lutyen's Cocktail House, The Project, Toast Bar and Grill, Raas, Pizzeria Rossa, Pure Punjab etc.
