Kunafa House specializes in kunafa, a traditional shredded pastry dessert layered with cheese or cream, topped with pistachios, and served warm with saffron syrup. The menu includes a variety of formats such as classic round kunafa, crunchy baked versions, mini baked portions, and innovative flavor variants like Nutella, Oreo, KitKat, pistachio, red velvet, Ferrero Rocher, gulab jamun, and Lotus Biscoff.

The beverage range features milkshakes, Arabic tea and coffee, iced tea, and bottled water. All offerings are freshly prepared, 100 percent vegetarian, preservative-free, and allow customers to control sweetness through separately served syrup.
