The institute offers programs including:
The training model focuses on practical learning, industry exposure, internships, industrial visits and live logistics operations.
Laurus is expanding through a FOFO model, where the franchise partner provides the capital investment, centre space and local operational management, while Laurus supports the centre with curriculum, faculty training, branding, marketing, placement support and the overall academic framework.
The first six months to one year are positioned as an incubation period during which Laurus provides additional support to help franchise partners establish and operate the centre.
