expansion

The opening marks the brand’s second restaurant in Mumbai and its fourth outlet across India.

The property features 48 guest rooms designed with contemporary interiors and standard hospitality amenities.

The 200 sq ft store is the brand’s third location in the Delhi NCR region, following earlier openings in Connaught Place and Elan Miracle Mall in Gurugram.

The launch is part of the brand’s broader expansion strategy, which aims to increase its EBO network to 50 stores by the end of 2027.

The company launched a kiosk at Grand Highstreet Mall in Hinjewadi, Pune, in February and opened a full-format store at Nexus MBD Neopolis Mall in Ludhiana on March 1, 2025.

The penthouse is designed as a double-storey residence with a fully equipped kitchen, automated settings, and a range of hospitality amenities.

With this addition, the company now operates 23 showrooms in Bengaluru and a total of 45 outlets across the Karnataka and Goa region as it continues to grow its network in major urban markets.

The morning menu includes South Indian staples such as Masala Dosas, ghee podi Idlis, and Stuffed Paniyaram, along with options like waffles and breakfast bowls.

The outlet opens to the public from 7th March and follows the brand’s existing locations at Embassy Tech Village and JP Nagar.

The launch marks the brand’s entry into the eastern suburbs and strengthens its presence across key retail hubs in the city.
