Nykaa, India’s prominent beauty and lifestyle company, has unveiled its largest store in the country. Spanning an area of 5,500 sq. ft., Nykaa Luxe located at Ambience Mall, Vasant Kunj, New Delhi is designed as an immersive “beauty playground”. The new store brings together a curated luxury assortment, elevated experiences and beauty expertise, marking a significant step in Nykaa’s continued investment in premium beauty retail.
India’s beauty and personal care market is entering a period of significant expansion. According to Redseer, India’s BPC market was valued at approximately USD 23 billion in FY25 and could reach USD 40 billion by 2030. As the category grows, the Indian beauty consumer is also becoming more informed and discerning, with discovery increasingly spanning premium and prestige products across makeup, skincare, haircare, fragrance and wellness. Nykaa has been at the forefront of this evolution, playing an instrumental role in shaping India’s premium beauty landscape through its expansive assortment, global brand partnerships, differentiated retail formats and experiences that bring beauty discovery to life.
The store is designed as a fluid, modern luxury environment that encourages discovery and experimentation. At the heart of the store are 10+ dedicated shop-in-shops from leading luxury and prestige brands, including Chanel, Yves Saint Laurent, Charlotte Tilbury, M.A.C, Laneige, Kiehl’s, Estée Lauder, Clinique, Kay Beauty, Nykaa Cosmetics and Lancôme. These dedicated spaces offer brands the opportunity to create distinct expressions within the larger Nykaa Luxe environment, bringing global beauty experiences closer to the consumer.
The store further brings Nykaa’s beauty expertise to the physical retail experience through a suite of experiential touchpoints. The Beauty Studio offers makeovers and skin consultations led by expert beauty advisors, while Consultation Hubs enable guided product discovery and hands-on experimentation. Personalised services including gifting and engraving add another layer to the experience, while a dedicated Fragrance Finder helps consumers navigate the fragrance category and discover scents suited to their preferences.
The assortment spans multiple dimensions of premium beauty, reflecting the increasingly diverse ways in which consumers discover and engage with the category. The makeup edit features sought-after brands including Rare Beauty, Huda Beauty, Kylie Cosmetics, Benefit Cosmetics, Anastasia Beverly Hills, e.l.f. Cosmetics, NARS, Urban Decay, Milk Makeup, NYX Professional Makeup, Bobbi Brown and Too Faced.
The store also brings together an expansive Korean and Japanese beauty edit featuring Laneige, SK-II, Sulwhasoo, Anua, Celimax, Numbuzin, Tonymoly, Beauty of Joseon, The Face Shop, Biodance and Innisfree. The new Nykaa Luxe store opening builds on a broader expansion of Nykaa’s luxury retail footprint in India. Earlier this year, the company opened Charlotte Tilbury’s first flagship Beauty Wonderland in India at Nexus Select Citywalk, followed by a second Charlotte Tilbury boutique at Mall of India, Noida. Both stores were built and operated end-to-end by Nykaa, spanning retail operations, staffing, merchandising, supply chain and brand management. Together with the new Nykaa Luxe destination, these investments demonstrate Nykaa’s continued focus on creating differentiated luxury beauty experiences while strengthening its presence in one of India’s key premium consumption markets.
Anchit Nayar, Executive Director and CEO, Nykaa Beauty, said: “The opportunity in premium beauty is not simply about offering more products; it is about creating a more sophisticated beauty ecosystem around the consumer. As discovery becomes increasingly digital, physical retail has an opportunity to become more experiential, more expert-led and more personal. Our role is to make premium beauty not just more accessible, but also more discoverable and easier to navigate for the Indian consumer. Delhi has been an important market in this evolution, which is why we have continued to invest in differentiated luxury formats here. With our new Nykaa Luxe store at Ambience Mall, Vasant Kunj, we are bringing together the breadth of our assortment, our partnerships with leading global brands and the expertise of our teams to create a destination that reflects where beauty in India is headed. We are grateful to our brand partners and the Ambience Group for partnering with us in bringing this vision to life.”
Founded by Falguni Nayar, Nykaa began its journey in 2012 as a digital-first, consumer-tech beauty company. It later tapped into an underserved beauty retail market, disrupting the ecosystem and putting India in the global spotlight. Today, Nykaa has expanded its offerings to include fashion and B2B, launching platforms such as Nykaa Fashion, Nykaa Man, and Nykaa Superstore. Nykaa has also expanded into the Middle East through its omnichannel beauty offering ‘Nysaa’.
House of Nykaa continues to build its house of brands with a sharp focus on innovation and consumer delight. The brand has been recognized with prestigious accolades, including a place in the TIME100 Most Influential Companies List and the Isidoro Alvarez Lifetime Achievement Medal at the World Retail Congress in Barcelona. Falguni Nayar, Founder and CEO, has also won personal honours such as EY Entrepreneur of the Year and Power Businesswoman by Forbes Asia.
Unify Foodworks, the master franchisee of Moe’s Casa Mexicana and Carvel in India, has raised Rs 5 crore in seed funding through compulsorily convertible debentures (CCDs). The company will use the capital to expand both international food and beverage brands across the National Capital Region (NCR) and strengthen its presence in the Indian market.
The funding is part of Unify Foodworks' broader expansion strategy, which includes building a network of more than 100 stores across India over the long term. In the immediate term, the company will focus on increasing store density across NCR, where both brands made their India debut. The investment will also support efforts to improve brand visibility, strengthen consumer engagement and establish a scalable operating model before entering additional markets. The company plans to use its NCR operations as a foundation for future restaurant and food retail expansion.
Moe’s Casa Mexicana and Carvel cater to different segments of India's food services market. Both brands are owned by Roark Capital, which also has interests in international food chains such as Subway, Baskin-Robbins, and Dunkin'. Moe’s Casa Mexicana is the international version of the US-based fast-casual restaurant chain Moe’s Southwest Grill, with India serving as its first international market. Unify Foodworks also holds the master franchise rights for Moe’s Southwest Grill, which operates as a larger-format restaurant concept within the brand portfolio.
The restaurant's menu includes burritos, bowls and tacos, alongside India-specific offerings such as Habanero Paneer. The brand is targeting consumers interested in international quick-service and fast-casual dining formats. Carvel, an American ice cream brand established in 1934, entered the Indian market in 2025 with its first outlet at Connaught Place, New Delhi. The brand is known for its soft-serve ice cream offerings and plans to build its presence in India's growing ice cream and dessert market.
Sumer Sethi, Founder and CEO of Unify Foodworks said, “Travel has rewired the Indian palate. Someone who has had a burrito in Atlanta or a soft serve in New York comes home expecting that exact experience, not a local approximation of it. For this consumer, consistency is the indulgence. Global brands are engineered to deliver it, but only when the operator gets the foundations right. This round gives us the runway to build those foundations store by store, so every new opening is a proven model repeated, not an experiment. Just as valuable are backers who understand consumer brands and share our long view. Our ambition is to make Unify Foodworks the go-to platform for international F&B brands entering India, scaling names that own their category without diluting what made them iconic.”
With the latest fundraise, Unify Foodworks plans to strengthen its restaurant operations and expand the footprint of its international food and beverage brands. Its long-term target of more than 100 stores reflects the company's ambition to build a larger presence for Moe’s Casa Mexicana and Carvel in India's competitive food services market.

The expansion will strengthen the company's presence in key commercial markets as demand for flexible offices and managed workspaces grows across India. The new hubs will include ready-to-use offices and built-to-suit managed office spaces designed to meet the requirements of businesses at different stages of growth.
With these additions, 91Springboard's national network will increase to 49 hubs across nine cities, covering approximately 21 lakh sq ft and 42,000 seats. Its offerings cater to businesses looking for immediately available office spaces as well as enterprises requiring customised workplaces based on their workforce size, operational needs and expansion plans.
India's flexible office market has gained a larger share of commercial leasing activity. According to an industry report cited by the company, flexible workspaces accounted for 27 percent of office leasing across India's top seven cities in the first half of 2026. Global Capability Centres (GCCs) contributed 41.7 percent of leasing activity during the same period. As companies expand their operations across multiple cities, demand for office infrastructure that can accommodate changing workforce requirements is also increasing. The latest additions are aimed at strengthening 91Springboard's presence in markets attracting enterprise and GCC expansion.
Anshu Sarin, CEO of 91Springboard said, “Enterprise growth in India is becoming increasingly multi-city, and that is reshaping the role of workspace. As GCCs and large enterprises expand across markets, workspace is becoming part of the infrastructure that enables that growth. We see an opportunity to build greater depth in the markets driving this growth, with the right mix of locations, formats and workspace solutions to support businesses at different stages of expansion. Our latest additions across Chennai, the Mumbai Metropolitan Region and NCR reflect this approach, strengthening our presence in key business markets and broadening the choice we can offer as businesses scale.”

Indian luxury lifestyle brand Good Earth has reimagined its flagship store at IREO Boulevard on Golf Course Road Extension in Gurgaon, bringing together home furnishings, apparel, fragrance, beauty and lifestyle products across four distinct retail spaces. Designed in collaboration with conservation architect Abha Narain Lambah, the store introduces a format centred on Indian craftsmanship, design and everyday living.
The flagship features four sections, Earthsong, Living, Verandah and Berouj, each dedicated to a different aspect of the brand's product portfolio. The store brings together collections spanning home textiles, tableware, furniture, apparel, fragrance, skincare and personal care, offering customers a single destination to explore the brand's lifestyle categories.
Good Earth, founded around the idea of integrating traditional Indian craftsmanship into contemporary living, has positioned the Gurgaon store as an extension of its approach to luxury retail. The design combines natural materials, artisan-made objects, decorative elements and open interiors to create separate shopping environments within the flagship.
Anita Lal, Founder and Creative Director of Good Earth said, “We've always believed that luxury isn't defined by what we own, but by how we live. This store brings together the many rituals that shape a life - from the first cup of tea in the morning to the table we gather around, the clothes we wear and the homes we decorate. Each of the four worlds has its own personality, but together they stand for something we’ve believed from the very beginning: that beauty and craft belong in the everyday."
Located within a complex designed by Norman Foster + Partners, the store benefits from an open retail setting with pedestrian walkways, landscaped courtyards and water features. The location serves Gurgaon’s residential and professional communities, including families and homeowners seeking products across home décor, fashion and lifestyle categories.
The first section, Earthsong, focuses on products associated with nature, fragrance, bath rituals, earthenware and gifting. Its interiors incorporate bamboo screens, latticework, palms, natural materials and hand-painted murals. The space also features Tibetan artefacts and rock inscriptions by artist Vineet Kacker, alongside nature-inspired tapestries and a sculptural concrete table with a water feature. Verandah focuses on home furnishings and textiles, bringing together fine linens, block-printed fabrics, cushions, furniture and handcrafted decorative objects. Its interiors feature bespoke cabinetry, a metal lattice screen and a wall of mirrors. The section draws on Indian textile traditions while offering products intended for contemporary homes.
Living is dedicated to dining, tableware and entertaining. The collection includes metalware, fine tableware, table linens, hand-painted papier-mâché and decorative accessories. Custom wallpapers, curtains, glass wall art, handcrafted cabinetry and chandeliers form part of the section's interiors, with products aimed at customers looking to furnish dining spaces and prepare tables for gatherings.
The fourth section, Berouj, focuses on apparel, beauty and personal care. Inspired by the historic zenana, the space uses a palette of old rose, aqua and ivory, along with curtains, bespoke cabinetry and chandeliers. It brings together Good Earth's apparel collections with LilaNur Parfums and the ITI skincare salon, extending the store's offering into fashion, fragrance and skincare.
Across the four sections, the Gurgaon flagship showcases products developed using traditional craft techniques and materials. These include papier-mâché, hand-carved rock crystal, Banaras silk brocades and natural-dye block printing. Good Earth works with artisans across India to incorporate these techniques into its product collections.
The store's design and merchandise reflect the brand's focus on connecting Indian craft traditions with contemporary lifestyle retail. By bringing home décor, dining, fashion, fragrance and beauty into one location, Good Earth has expanded the range of categories available at its Gurgaon flagship. The reimagined store brings the brand's lifestyle collections together in a retail environment that combines product discovery with a focus on craftsmanship, Indian design and contemporary living.
